Cheerleaders in one Texas high school are rooting for more than just the football team. And now they've been officially allowed to do so.
At least for a little while longer, reports The Wall Street Journal. A cease and desist order has been issued to the Kountze Independent School District in Kountze, Texas, ordering it to allow its cheerleaders to place Christian banners on school grounds during football games. The banners display Bible verses and messages such as "Never Let Loyalty and Faithfulness Leave You."
